Terms of Use
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to meriq.cc and the Meriq application (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. In these terms, “Meriq,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of the Services.
2. The Services
Meriq provides software interfaces and related information for requesting quotes, submitting swaps, managing liquidity, and viewing related activity. The Services may depend on third-party networks, wallets, service providers, and protocols that Meriq does not control.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You may use the Services only if you can enter into a binding agreement where you live and your use is permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for your wallet, credentials, devices, network permissions, and the accuracy of information and instructions you submit.
You must not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, evade sanctions or restrictions, interfere with the Services, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, networks, or smart contracts.
4. Transactions, fees, and risk
You are solely responsible for reviewing a quote, its price impact, fees, available balance, and other transaction details before you submit it. A submitted transaction can be delayed, rejected, expire, or become irreversible depending on the applicable network and protocol.
Digital assets, liquidity provision, and network transactions involve material risk, including price volatility, loss of value, changing liquidity, software defects, network congestion, service interruptions, and third-party failure. Meriq does not guarantee execution, settlement, availability, price, value, or profitability.
5. No advice or fiduciary relationship
The Services and Meriq’s published content are provided for general information and software access. They are not investment, financial, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Nothing in the Services creates a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, custody, or agency relationship.
6. Intellectual property
Meriq and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including their software, design, text, and branding. Subject to these terms, Meriq grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit the Services except where applicable law does not allow a restriction.
7. Availability and liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meriq disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from digital assets, transactions, network activity, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes, suspension, and contact
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services and may update these terms as the Services change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. For questions about these terms, contact info@meriq.cc.
